The Peak Oil Delusion

What if Richard Dawkins, author of the New York Times Bestseller “The God Delusion” were to next author a book entitled “Why I am a Christian”? and in which we find argument for a supernatural god as equally persuasive as the one against (a supernatural god) put forth in “The God Delusion”? It seems this is exactly what CERA (Cambridge Energy Research Associates) has done according to this post in the Resource Investor. One report entitled Why the “Peak Oil” Theory Falls Down – Myths, Legends, and the Future of Oil Resources has been more recently followed by one entitled Dawn of a New Age: Global Energy Scenarios for Strategic Decision Making - The Energy Future to 2030.

It seems the second report finds “peak oil” around 2011, give or take a year.
