DA Michael Nifong, WILL NOT BE DISBARRED; won’t happen. The reason is simple; there is no accountability within the legal-judicial system. It is badly – sadly – broken.
I make this prediction counter to that made in this excellent article by Taylor & Johnson in the WSJ on the Duke rape case… “A Dirty Game”. Unfortunately, its always dirty, always a game. Cui bono?
