Governor Douglas’ budget cap 84% agree

The Burlington Free Press has a poll with 84% of 446 respondents agreeing with Governor Douglas’ budget cap. Are the people sending a message to our predominately democratic legislature? I hope so. Shumlin and Symington want to keep spending… and spending… and taxing and spending.
