tax ‘em till it burns!

Geoffrey Norman at Vermont Tiger beat me to this one! How can Geoffrey not have more to say! If our legislators can’t be banning trans fats (though I may have missed it if they already have…), or driving while distracted, then its tanning beds! “Nannystatism” must be contagious. But they have it all wrong! Anyone who has the time and money to spend at a tanning salon - let’s get’em! (After all, this IS Vermont?) Tax’em till it burns! Then we can put all that extra cash into the education fund and lower our property taxes. And, with what we pay into our education system, how can any teenager have the time to get a tan with all that learnin’ they must be doin’?
