Flatulent lakes and Sessions

Not having read the the 244 page ruling of the Hon. William Sessions ( getting the gist of the matter here…) that presumably was reached with the idea of reducing carbon emissions with more regulations, I can honestly say ...WTF?

It is nicely counterpoised (my ‘aghast’ that is…) by this recent note in ScienceDaily: Lake Boiling with Methane Discovered in Alaska. If my tag line escapes you, no apologies.
